-We encourage regular attendance as it enhances your learning experience, but know there’s no penalty for missing a class. You may request make up time, and is subject to instructor availability.
- Stay in the designated Studio 360 area of Eckels Pottery. Please do not disrupt the gallery or private studio spaces. Kilns can be hot when firing work. Please be cautious at all times and do not touch or put work on kilns.

- Please leave the studio cleaner than you found it; maintaining a and safe environment is a shared responsibility among everyone in the studio. Always clean up with water, sponges, or a mop minimize clay dust. Studio clean up instructions will be posted and introduced during class.

- Each student will use designated shelf space. Please do not touch other people's work without permission and store all your work on your designated shelf.

-All students must contribute to a positive and welcoming learning environment. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and Eckels Pottery reserves the right to dismiss students that violate the studio etiquette agreement.

-Dispose of clay properly. Clay or glaze can damage plumbing if it is dumped in the utility sink or bathroom sink. Instead, please dispose of materials in the designated trash can for clay scraps. We are a sustainable pottery and all used clay is recycled to make new usable clay.

-We ask that you only use clay and glazes from Eckels Pottery to prevent any issues with our firings and to reduce material contamination.
