In this pottery, studio and gallery, a family tradition is carried on by Deanna (Dede) Eckels. Her father, Rober Eckels, started the studio in 1960. He was a beloved Bayfield artison whose work is nationally recognized and his students, well over 100, are now crafts people all over the country.
